Orléans (pronounced: [??le??]) is a locale in north-central France, throughout 130 kilometres (81 mi) southwest of Paris. It is the fly of the Loiret quality again of the Centre region.
Orléans is located on the Loire River where the river form south towards the Massif Central.
The neighborhood of New Orleans (still challenge in French La Nouvelle-Orléans), in the United States is named next the parcel of Orléans.
